Weather PowerPoint~ 1/15/17-1/21/17 Forecast for Long Island and The Five Boroughs of New York City.

What happened in the previous week In the previous week, we had lots of wacky weather. On the Saturday the 7th, we had a snowstorm with about 10 inches of snow. Thru Wednesday we had rain showers with cloudy skies and a warm up. Snow melted rapidly. On Thursday temperatures were in the upper 60s in some areas of NYC and NW Nassau County. Then, on Friday the 13th😈, temperatures cooled down to the 30s. Yesterday, Saturday the 14th we got more snow. 1-2.5 inches, mainly on grassy surfaces.
