Nation Building

Different ways on how to build a nation. Different people Different backgrounds Different cultures, traditions, beliefs and different races.

Our differences should not make a difference to make Our differences should not make a difference to make. We all live in South Africa and should have a sense of belonging. Nation building means to be proud of who you are and accept others who are different than you. Nation building means working together to make a better South Africa for all creation.

Nation Building helps to ensure that all people are treated equally and as a nation united.

OUR NATIONAL SYMBOLS

Interesting Facts The country's national animal Team - "The Bokke" Took its name from its characteristic jumping display – “pronk” Afrikaans. The animal stands 75cm tall and weighs 40kg.   Both sexes have horns, but those of the ram are thicker and rougher. Free State, North West and Karoo to the west coast.

What can I do to build my nation? a "Community is a" group of people that live in the same area. Where are you involved in the community? Wherever you live, you belong to the wider community, South - Africa. In your community, you can practice and help promote Ubuntu

In your community you practice the principle of Ubuntu and help promote it. At school you can be a good example and have positive interests. Sports and other extracurricular activities like art and craft, music and dance classes are also ways to get people to unite. Everyone should work together to create a school environment where there is no discrimination.

You should live out your values ​​of respect, honesty, compassion, tolerance and integrity to your home, school and community.

Heros: Individuals and Groups These are really great South Africans who contributed to nation building​​. Some within the country that are famous and others not so well known, but one can admire them for their hard work and determination. For some of them they are individuals and for others they are groups of people who may work in development organizations that contribute to nation building.

Throughout history women had many obstacles and challenges Throughout history women had many obstacles and challenges. Many rights are still violated by abuse and discrimination. Today women work so hard. Many positions in parliament, train and operate successful businesses and corporations and delivers positive contributions to a democratic and peaceful society.
