Project Overview
The Telehealth Pilot Project at Tillamook Regional Medical Center pilots the use of telehealth services in providing community-based paramedicine services to individuals in their home setting.
The project’s primary target population is individuals at risk for readmission to the hospital. Our target number visits by August 1, 2016 is 100.
