Objectives Learn ways to teach sensitivity to disabilities that older patients may have Develop tools to teach sensitive communication with patients and their families Develop tools to teach interprofessional care for older adults Develop ways to understand and teach delirium, dementia and capacity Understand and develop tools to teach about falls in older adults Understand and teach about polypharmacy-related issues in older adults Use film as a teaching tool Develop strategies to effectively manage complex older patients in the outpatient setting
