TO ENJOY HEALTH, WE NEED TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, A LIFESTYLE THAT INVOLVES: HYGENE HEALTHY FOOD MOVEMENT REST

EDUCATION FOR HEALTH HAS AN IMPORTANT ROLE AMONGST SCHOOL’S ACTIVITIES EDUCATION FOR HEALTH HAS AN IMPORTANT ROLE AMONGST SCHOOL’S ACTIVITIES. TEACHERS HAVE THE JOB TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HEALTH, CONTRIBUTING TO HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BEHAVIOUR.

WHAT DOES HEALTHY FOOD MEAN? A DIET BASED ON: BREAD, POTATOES, CEREALS RICH IN FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, WITH MODERATE AMOUNT OF MILK AND DAIRY, MEAT, FISH AND LIMITED QUANTITIES OF FAT AND SUGARY FOOD.

WHILE COUNSELING CLASSES, CHILDREN LEARN HOW TO RANK FOOD, OBSERVING THE PYRAMID OF A BALANCED DIET, THEY LEARN ABOUT THE RESULTS OF SWEETS, JUICE AND JUNK FOOD EXCESIVE USE WITH BAD EFFECTS AND THE ROLE OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES CONSUMPTION.

HELPFUL ADVICE FOR CHILDREN’S DIET A BALANCED MENU HAS ALL TYPES OF FOOD: MEAT/EGGS, FISH MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS FRUIT AND VEGETABLES CEREALS, PASTA.

SOLUTIONS FOR A HEALTHY AND BALANCED LIFESTYLE EAT VARIED FOOD KEEP A FIXED SCHEDULE AND EAT AT THE TABLE CHOOSE A DIET THAT HAS A LOT OF FRUIT, VEGETABLES AND FIBRES EAT MODERATE SUGARY AND SALTY FOOD EAT ONLY IF YOU’RE HUNGRY AND NEVER UNCONSCIOUSLY REDUCE HIGH ENERGETIC VALUE FOOD QUANTITY, SUCH AS SUGARY DRINKS, FRUIT JUICE, HAMBURGERS TAKE CARE WHEN YOU’RE UPSET, MAD OR JUST BORED, NOT TO GIVE UP THE TEMPTATION AND EAT MORE THAN NECESSARY DO SPORTS REGULARL!

WATER HAS A SPECIAL PLACE IN OUR HEALTH IT KEEPS THE BODY HIDRATED AND HELPS ELIMINATE TOXINS. IF WATER IS FORGOTTEN, BODY’S TOXIN CONCENTRATION GOES UP, TOXINS BECOMING HARD TO BE ELIMINATED TO AVOID THIS, WE NEED 1-1.5 LITERS OF WATER A DAY.
