High Speed Collision into the side of the townhouse located at 883 Magnolia. View is of second and third level of townhome. Firefighter is attempting to access driver of truck trapped along with passenger.

Rescuers seen in lower part of frame treating driver as extrication process is underway. It took approximately 1 hour to extricate both the driver and passenger out of the vehicle. The cab of the truck was crushed beyond recognition.

View of crushed cab of truck as fire crews work to extricate trapped occupants. Doug Diego from Diego Brothers Towing is seen in foreground. He was instrumental at stabilizing vehicle for rescue crews. Diego Brothers is a valuable local asset.

Truck battery was ejected and ended up under dining table at opposite end of townhome. Battery acid is seen pooling on floor.

Conclusion A successful rescue effort. Two patients from the truck stabilized, treated and transported by firefighters and firefighter medics. No one injured in townhome. Townhome was declared non-habitable and boarded up pending future construction repairs.
