Monday Reflection “If you want to make peace with your enemy, you have to work with your enemy. Then he becomes your partner.” www.HumansNotRobots.co.uk

Who said it? Nelson Mandela is a world-renowned political leader from South Africa. He spent 27 years in prison because he tried to fight against his government’s racist policies. When he was released became president of the country. He spoke out against revenge against the previous leaders. He started off as a young man believing violence was necessary to win black people their rights. As he grew older, he changed his views. He realised if South Africa was to be peaceful, all people needed to work together. This change was partly inspired by Mahatma Ghandi who said, “An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind.” www.HumansNotRobots.co.uk
