Administration The Administration system forms part of the Basic System and has seven modules; the Translation Manager, Mandatory Fields Setup, Payroll Tools, Data Transfer Manager, Employee Transfer, Licensing and Events Manager. HRSE001-01

Administration The Translation Manager is used to translate the English caption stored in the Peodesy software to a translated a caption for a different language or to customise the text for a specific company. HRSE001-01

Administration The Mandatory Fields module allows users to make specific fields in a file mandatory or remove the mandatory status. HRSE001-01

Administration The Payroll Tool module consists of three modules, Payroll Tool, Payroll Security Manager and Payroll Import. HRSE001-01

Administration The Data Transfer Manager provides the user with the functionality to import or export to and from Peodesy. HRSE001-01

Administration The Employee Transfer module can directly transfer an employee to another job, remove the employee from the database and archive their records, retrieve the archived record and view transferred employees. HRSE001-01

Administration The Licensing module is used to licence the modules and the number of concurrent users the Customer has purchased of Peodesy. HRSE001-01

Administration The Events Manager allows the user to select files and fields in the file which the user wants to keep as historical records of all changes made, thus providing an audit trail. HRSE001-01
