Healthwatch Monitoring MARCH 2016 Other services will include feedback about GP’s but could also include certain dentists and walk-in centres depending on the provider. Your voice flyers can be collected from a variety of places such as meetings, events and outreach sessions.

You have now been told an interpreter will visit at some point today but unsure when. We contacted the Head of Patient Experience at Wirral University Teaching Hospital who later on called us to notify us that they have informed the sister on critical care and she has explained that an interpreter will visit the patient today.
