JCMS Cross Country 2016/2017 Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Dear JCMS Parent, We look forward to your son/daughter participating in JCMS Cross Country this year. We look forward to a productive season where players enhance their skills and gain confidence while representing JCMS. We take pride in representing our school as an athletic team as well as displaying sportsmanship and expect that all athletes representing JCMS are respectful of themselves, their peers, their coaches, opposing teams, officials, and the fans. We will have the opportunity to participate in several meets this season and will be checking grades weekly to ensure that students are eligible. If a student has an “F” on Monday, they will be ineligible for the remainder of that week. In the event of a change in schedule or if there is a need to contact you, I will send an email and ensure that an update is posted on the Athletics page at the JCMS website. If a student athlete is unable to attend practice or a game please notify me by email at lynn.klabough@svps.k12.az.us. In order for me to have current contact information please send me a phone number and email that you would like to be contacted at. I look forward to the upcoming season and getting to know each of the athletes. Practice is every day except Thursday’s and when team is informed that there will be no practice. Practice start time is at 4pm and ends by 5:15/5:20pm, buses leave approximately at 5:30. Parents need to be here to pick up students by 5:30; otherwise student will ride the bus home. Parents (and only parents) are able to sign child out after a meet in order for student to ride home with them. Any team members riding the bus back to school will be able to call parents with a time for them to be at the JCMS Gym parking lot to meet the athletic bus.
