Cut 28 potato “tubes” – no skins ~ same length/trim ends Unknown M 0.0M 0.2M 0.4M 0.6M 0.8M 1.0M Cut 28 potato “tubes” – no skins ~ same length/trim ends Fill cups 3/4 full with different [sucrose] (0.0M, 0.2M, 0.4M, 0.6M, 0.8M, 1.0M, UNKNOWN) Obtain mass of each set of potato tubes. 4. Place potato tubes in cups AT SAME TIME 5. Let sit over night. 6. Determine mass again.

Fill cup ¾ with water. Use glucose test strip to test cup water for glucose Add 5 droppers of iodine to cup water Tie end of dialysis bag Fill dialysis tube with Glucose Starch Squeeze out air! Leave space to expand & tie ends! Determine the mass of the dialysis bag Place dialysis bag in cup water. Wait and observe what happens Determine mass again next day.

Fill cups 3/4 full with 0.0 M (distilled water) Tie end on 6 dialysis tubing bags Fill each bag 1/3 -1/2 full w/ different [sucrose] (0.0M, 0.2M, 0.4M, 0.6M, 0.8M, 1.0M) Squeeze out air! Leave space to expand & tie ends! Obtain mass of each bag. Place in distilled water cups AT SAME TIME 30 MINUTES!!!!! Determine mass again.
