Goal for today To get a better understanding of the FBI’s Leadership policy. To get a better understanding of the diversity within the FBI. To determine how to best use the FBI’s Leadership policy in dealing with real world diversity issues within the organization.

Things you SHOULD know….. The ADA was amended this year to expand the definition of “qualified individual with a disability.” This is known as the ADA Amendments Act of 2009 The agency has a legal obligation to provide a reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Things you SHOULD know….. Many accommodations can be granted at the local level. The accommodation process should be interactive. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST….
