CRITICAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT Choice Neighborhood Homeowner Assistance Program (CNHAP) The CNHAP provides grants up to $20,000 per house to help improve the facades of homeowner’s homes. To date, the URA has received 67 applications of which 54 were complete and ready for processing. 26 inspections have been scheduled of which 12 inspections have been completed. 9 complete work write-ups have been received. Contractors will bid on some of the houses and begin work approximately in September. $800,000 of Choice Neighborhood Funds have been identified. URA is continually fundraising for additional funds for the program. Larimer/East Liberty Choice Neighborhoods
