Focus: Which story about our origins seems most accurate? Biblical Explanation: Genesis 1 Big Bang/Evolution: Creationism:  Pan Gu Greece and Rome Native American

ACTIVITY Directions: Each group will receive a different reading about how the world began. In your groups, choose a reader to read the story. As a group:   Draw a cartoon to represent your story AND explain your story through your picture. You should prepare a written statement on a separate paper. What do you think inspired the creators of these stories and theories? Each group will have to present their story to the class. (2 minutes per presentation)

Discussion Questions What similarities do you see across the creation myths? What do you think accounts for these similarities? Which do you find most believable, why? How do we reconcile religion and science? Is it easy to answer the aim? Why or why not?
