Welcome & Introductions Campbell Background Purpose of Today’s Session: Sharing the Journey of Coaching through A Look at Learning (ALL) in Campbell and thinking about how to apply our lessons in your context 2

How did A.L.L. help us? Year 1 All teachers trained in A.L.L. overview One coach per site, trained as A.L.L. facilitators and coaches 53 completed coaching cycles done in 12 sites A.L.L. tools used at all sites depending on site A.L.L. plan 4

How did A.L.L. help us? Year 2 Continued coaching (1-3 cycles per month at each site) Use of tools during grade level or site planning Development of Equity PoDules (Professional Development Modules) utilizing A.L.L. tools, 3 per site for all teachers Addition of .5 SpEquity Coach (Special Ed.) 5

Outcomes for Today’s Session To understand how coaching is a process and a journey Understand the 8 Lessons of Coaching and Apply them in your own context CUSD

Coach Lesson #1: Know your Context ELD vs. SDAIE Choose an elbow partner Take one of the envelopes in the middle of your table Together with your partner work on sorting the papers into the correct categories.
