SO how do my PS 9 Standards have multiple YearID’s??? In any pre 9 PS installation, the Standards (53) table did not have a field associated with active or year! SO how do my PS 9 Standards have multiple YearID’s???

Standards YearID’s BECAUSE standards that were graded did have a year associated to the grade. That info was held in the StandardsGrades (99) table = YearID

Exporting via Data Export Manager Once you have created NEXT YEAR, you will have options to select a year to export ** When you EXPORT – ID can be first, Excel doesn’t like ID in the first column Move it down one column!
