Food Drive and Fundraiser Proposal One Week to Beat Arkansas Created by: Alex Lanning, Hannah Brooks, Ross Lawrence and Spencer Fannon

One Week to beat Arkansas: Food drive & Fundraiser - Going back to our roots: Food Drive Competition against Arkansas Full Circle Pantry Why? -Tiger pantry’s Intentions and Needs: - Keeping Excitement - Rivalry, Competition - The pantry will always need donations!

Goal: Feed our Tigers - Feb 26: Bake sale - Feb 27: T- Shirt sale -Feb 28: Razorback Roast -Feb 29: Raffle Weekend -March 4: Food Drive -March 5: Watch Party

Day 1: Organization Bake Sale Lets Start the week off SWEET! - Baked goods donated by MU organizations. - Already approved by Greek Life and they are excited to help donate! - Donations of any price accepted for baked items ( min. 50 cents per item) - All donations go directly to Tiger Pantry

Day 2: T- Shirt Sale - “Beat Arkansas” T-shirt sale - All students love T- shirts! - All profits go to Tiger Pantry - Bookstore sponsorship -Tiger Pantry can design them!

T- shirt sale: Funding - Missouri Lottery - Campus Organizations: -MSA GPC DSA Student Life RHA

Day 3: Razorback “hog” roast -Barbeque Fundraising Event Profits go to Tiger Pantry while building a sense of identity of Tigers vs. Razorbacks! Games and Activities

Hog Roast: Sponsors and Volunteers - MSA/ GPC, Department of Student Activities, and Student Life are excited to help! - Residence Halls Association are interested in helping and advertising inside of dorms! - Missouri Lottery has already sent a sponsorship form!

Hog Roast: The Food - Hoss’s Market and Rotisserie - Past involvement with university : Freshmen Midnight BBQ and Tailgate Catering

Day 4: Basketball Raffle - Students have a chance to win tickets to the Mizzou vs. Arkansas game on Tuesday, Feb 4th - Student center - Tickets donated from the Box Office

Day 5: Canned Food Drive - THE BIG BANG! - Rec center -point system for food -advertisement of specific foods needed once the event gets closer

Day 6: Watch Party - Watch Party at the Shack -Admission Fee $5 (any donations accepted) - Food and Opportunity to watch the game!
