Progress in the Implementation of the Decisions from the XX Meeting of the Forum of Ministers of Environment 11-13 October 2017, Bogotá Colombia Decisions 1 and 2 – ILAC and Environmental Indicators

ILAC Indicators 2004: The Working Group on Environmental Indicators (WGEI) is established and the first indicators framework for monitoring ILAC targets is defined (38 indicators) SEMARNAT (Mexico) assumes the presidency of the WGEI Main environmental indicators framework for Latin America and the Caribbean More than 20 country reports published, national information systems implemented Input for GEO Assessments at national and regional levels Regional technical cooperation – coordination with other global and regional initiatives on environmental information
