Human Nature Doesn’t Change Different personalities are motivated in different ways Sensitives –motivated to resolve any inequity – favorable or unfavorable Benevolents – tolerant of inequity that is unfavorable but not comfortable with inequity that favors them Entitleds – do not tolerate unfavorable inequity but are comfortable with inequity that favors them Ex. When motivating someone with a sensitive personality it is important to give them exactly what they deem to be fair.

Important Information Conclusion Important Information It is important to recognize that not everyone is the same, nor or companies. What may work for one person or one company may fail at another.
