Fix This! (First Make Background Transparent) Layer>>Transparency>>Add Alpha Channel

Select Torn Area

Cut Selected Area

Paste it Back In to Make Floating Layer

Create New Layer, Select It, and Make It Only One Visible

Use Fuzzy Select Tool to Select White Show how to add selections together using shift key

Cut Selected Area Notice White is gone but black still remains.

Move to Layer Mask and Select Paintbrush

Select Black

Switch Out of Layer Mask and Cut

Switch to Other Layer

Select and Delete Black

Show Both Layers

Move Top Layer to Proper Position

Merge Down

Clone Tool

Convert to Black and White

Black and White Result

Back to Color for Colorization
