Fregoso first interviews Gail San Miguel, the national coordinator of the conference.. . .The conference hosted a series of workshops with Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan and Fregoso next speaks with the group’s spokesman Heriberto Molina about Mariachi music’s growing popularity in the United States and Mexico.
