Login to Personal Schedule, Postings Email Go to www.cltoronto.ca This will bring you to the Corporate Web Site From the left hand side menu go to Staff and Board

Staff and Board Page You have the choice of going to check your email, check your Personal Schedule, check the Daily or Monthly Postings or look at the Documents You can check your email or Personal Schedule click on either the non- corporate computer or the corporate laptop/desktop. You can check the Daily Postings or Monthly Posting by clicking on the Link under Centralized Scheduling POSTED SHIFTS Handy documents to help you are located on this page
Unable to Login to your Account If you have not logged into your CLT account for an extended amount of time you will be locked out. You will have to call IT at 416-644-4634 and tell them you have been locked out of your account; do not say you were locked out of your Scheduling account. They will give you a temporary password and guide you through the procedure. At this time you will have to put in a new password and it will expire in 40 days. You will get notification of it’s expiry date. If you put in the wrong password 3 times you will have to call IT and have them unlock your account. The CLT password/account is different than the Scheduling password/account. Your username will be the same but the first login is always the CLT account. Your Scheduling login is your username and your employee ID number. This has to be changed as soon as possible as it is not secure. If you cannot remember your password Scheduling will reset it to your ID.

Email Password Type in tacl/username and put in your CLT password
Webmail You may be asked to click on the Continue box to access your mail
Viewing your email You are required to check your CLT email Notices from the Learning Management System are delivered to Outlook - they are reminders for scheduled trainings as well as when your trainings are about to expire If you have expired mandatory training you will be notified by email and phone and put on Leave of Absence – you will not be able to pick up shifts until it has been completed Scheduling will use your CLT email for correspondence
View your Personal Schedule
Scheduling Splash Page Log in using your user name. If it is your first time logging into scheduling your password is your Employee ID number - this must be changed to a password of your own choosing This password does not expire and Centralized Scheduling can reset it if you cannot remember it. Email or call Centralized Scheduling.
Main Page On the Main Page you can click on View/Update your own Personal Schedule and change your password
Personal Schedule You will see the shifts that have been confirmed You can change the month by clicking on it
