Dressing the Part… Points to Take Away Be Conservative in Dress Monster Job's Guide To Interview Attire Points to Take Away Be Conservative in Dress Remember to Smile Firm Handshake

Interview Questions… Communication is key to a SUCCESSFUL interview….

Typical Interview questions Tell me about yourself. What interests you about this opening? What do you know about our business so far? Why did you leave your last job? Tell me about your last job. Tell me about your strengths. Tell me a time when… (you had to deal with conflict, make a tough decision, etc.) What salary range are you looking for? What questions do you have for me?

The Perfect Interview? Could This Happen To You? Remember that an interview is a conversation about what skills you bring to the table and if the job will be a good fit for you as well as the business. Don’t get discouraged. Employment is hard to find. Be thoughtful and remember to thank all interviewers even if you don’t believe you did well. The connections you make now can have a positive effect down the road. (Six degrees of separation)

Things to Remember The more education you receive… the better your chances for a higher paying career.
