A long History in Few Words 1875 - McIlwraith McEacharn Established 1964 – McIlwraiths joined with Adelaide Steamships to create Associated Steamships as a third party ship manager 1991 Associated Steamship was merged with the Ship Management arm of ANL to create ASP Ship Management (40% Cyprus & 60% ANL) 1997 – ASP Ship Management was acquired by Pan Gulf and subsequently spun off as an independent group 2005 – One of the worlds top third party ship managers
