Non-stop Help Line Since 2002 24 / 7, anonymous Phone, Skype, E-mail Operated by Crisis intervention group Consulting and counselling, crisis intervention The service for the police officers, employees and their nears; also for officers of Fire Rescue Service, Army, Prison Service, General Inspection of Protective Service and Custom Administration of the Czech Republic In the case of disasters or mass traffic accident - coordination of crisis intervention teams; psychological support for affected; Non-stop help line - Since 1994 – it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Operated by Crisis intervention group, Department of Head psychologist it provides the services to the police officers and employees and their nears; to officers of Fire Rescue Service and since 2011 also to memebers of the Army. - In the case of disasters or mass traffic accident - coordination of crisis intervention teams; psychological support for affected by; In 2011, 463 calls in future, within the system of psychological support for victims (next slide) we want to open this help line for the victims, especially for crime victims - 105x call transfers from Emergency Call Number 112 - clients of the public with suicidal tendencies Psychological Services of the Czech Police Prague Symposium on Crisis, Disaster and Trauma Psychology Aneta Langrová / EFPA / Prague 20/10/2017
