How do teenagers in the United States greet adults How do teenagers in the United States greet adults? How do they greet other teenagers? How do they say goodbye? What gestures do they use?

Savais-tu que…? Did you know…? In France, girls kiss both girls and boys on the cheek when they meet or say goodbye. The number of kisses varies from two to four depending on the region. Boys shake hands with one another. Teenagers may kiss adults who are family members or friends of the family, but they shake hands when they greet other adults.
