Registration for screening ICT Deployment in Mass Screening of NCDs Hemanth M*, Premanand S**, Tamilmaran P**, Lovakanth N**, Ganapathy K** *Landmark Group & **Apollo Tele Health Services Introduction Landmark, an MNC, as part of CSR its initiatives embarked on a first of its kind ‘Get Active’ programme. Apollo Tele Health Services partnered in this programmme. Screening for some NCDs and Social Health Education (SHE) were carried out. The programme envisions, creating awareness for early detection of pre-diabetes and diabetes. To achieve this, state of the art ICT (Information and Communication Technology) was deployed Results Materials and Methods Inclusion criteria for screening were age above18 years students in educational institutions workers in industries the community. Using ICT following details were obtained: Demographic information Height Weight Waist circumference Blood Pressure Random Blood Sugar (RBS) If RBS >140mg/dl HbA1C was done If IDRS>60 and RBS>140 mg/dl, Lipid Profile was done. Indian Diabetic Risk Score (IDRS) was computed by administering a questionnaire SHE content shown to those ‘at risk’. RBS Measurement SHE Session Registration for screening Screening Camp Setup Conclusions With effective utilization of ICT systems and well coordinated operations, awareness is being created on Diabetes and other NCD.
