Readers Theatre Cutler

What to do Today you are going to get in a group of 3-4 and you are going to choose an episode from The Odyssey. You and your group members are going to write a reader’s theatre similar to the one we wrote in class. You can redo the episode any way you like: Change the setting, character types, time period But you MUST remain true to the plot!!!

Stages You can use your Graphic Organizer to remember the stages or here they are: Lotus Eaters Sirens Cyclops Scylla and Charybdis Bag of Winds Heilos Circe Home Underworld Sirens

Requirements EVERYONE MUST HAVE A PART! Your script must be at least 3 pages long (in normal writing size) You need to include 5 of our vocabulary words Allusion, Alliteration, Conflict, Foreshadowing, etc. It is not mandatory for you to act out your piece, but you may if you would like. I will be coming around to see your progress so make sure you are working effectually and productively.
