and The word and can Join: A subject to a subject e.g. You and I are friends. Sara and Mona are good students.

and The word and can Join: An adverb to an adverb. e.g. Speak loudly and clearly. He writes quickly and clearly.

and The word and can Join: A phrase to a phrase. e.g. They went in the house and up the stairs. Children are playing in the garden and outside the house.

too The word too usually comes at the end of the second sentence. e.g. The quality of drinking water was poor. It was scarce, too. I have an exam tomorrow. There is a homework, too.

also Instead of too, you can use also. e.g. The house is beautiful. It is very comfortable, too. The house is beautiful. It is very comfortable, also.

also Also can come at the beginning of the sentence. e.g. The house is beautiful. Also, It is very comfortable.

also The word also comes between the subject and the verb. e.g. The house also is beautiful.

not...either You can add a negative idea to another negative idea with either. It goes at the end of the second idea. e.g. There was not much water. Its quality was not good, either. The house is not beautiful. It is not very comfortable, either.
