Classroom Management Is Important Research says so Classroom management is the most powerful influence on student learning. Instructional theory says so. Classroom management skills construct the foundation for all other teaching. Those without it fail. Lack of effective classroom-management skills is one of the top 3 reasons that teachers leave the profession.
