Activators of viral infections           Activators of viral infections. Ortho-and paramyxoviruses, and their characteristics and laboratory diagnosis.

A place of carrying out of practice, equipment. - Dept. of Microbiology -to conduct practical exercises: a set of dyes used in staining bacteria -microscopes, pipettes, test tubes, spirit lamps, slides, tripods. culture of microbes grown on nutrient medium, -gun new information technology, equipment demonstrations, slides, videos. -TCB: Projector, slide, television, video.

Duration of employment - 3 hours (class periods) -135 minutes

The employment purpose         Give general concept of microorganisms that cause viral infection waist         Give an idea of the classification of organisms causing virus infection waist.         Give an idea of the kinds of microorganisms that cause viral infection waist.         Give an idea on LABOR Athorne diagnosis of viral infections.         Explain the principles of registration in the laboratory journal and technique of taking material from patients.         Give information on choosing nutrient media for culturing pathogens of viral infections.         Give the term "identification" of microorganisms and methods of laboratory diagnosis of viral infections.         Provide information on prevention and treatment of viral diseases.

Task of teachers - Teach students about apart all viruses, to distinguish them from all properties - Teach students to put the correct diagnosis to the patient - Give students information about virological and serological studies of viruses that cause influenza and parainfluenza, evaluation - To provide information about what the culture media need to isolate pure cultures of the above viruses, identification - To provide information about the prevention of viral diseases

Tasks Student should know:         Classification and types of microorganisms that cause viral infection waist         Properties of microorganisms causing virus infection waist         Types and differences from each other microorganisms that cause viral infection waist         Pathogenesis of diseases caused by pathogens of viral infections         Methods of laboratory diagnosis of wound infections and the rules for their identification         Procedure for treatment and prevention activities

Tasks The student should be able to do: - HAI and evaluation - C effect of the virus on cell culture and evaluation - P ht application and use of the virology laboratory instruments
