IRB Brown Bag Session Sign-Up How to Navigate UAccess

Step One 1) Go to https://uaccess.arizona.edu/.

Step Two 2) Under Administrative Systems click Learning.

Step Three 3) Enter your NetID and Password.

Step Four 4) On the home screen click on Find Learning.

Step Five 5) You will be directed to a full list of classes. Find the search bar and type “Research: IRB Brown Bag Session”. Then, select the double arrow to proceed.

Step Six 6) Select the arrow to pull the dropdown of classes. Once you find the session to attend, select Enroll.

Step Seven 7) Select Submit Enrollment.

Having Issues Logging In? Trouble-shooting tips: You must be either a University of Arizona employee or student engaged in university business towards a degree. Double check you are using your correct NetID login and password. If you reach a screen with the message “Attention! You have reached this page in error.  Please return to the link that brought you to this page,” return to uaccess.arizona.edu and click on the “Learning” link again.  You should be logged into UAccess Learning. Clear Browser History.  If you are still having problems, such as a blank screen or error message, try clearing your browser history cache.  Once you have cleared your history, close out of your browser and reopen your browser. Open Incognito Window.  Instead of clearing your browser history, you can try opening an incognito or “private” window. If working off campus, you must login via the University of Arizona VPN using your UA NetID/password before logging into UAccess Learning. Questions about accessing the VPN will need to be directed to UTIS at (520) 626-TECH (8324).
