March 2 Warm-up: Conflict Summary After our discussion yesterday, we know that Huck, our protagonist, ultimately wants freedom. Initial the conflict on the back board that you think is the major conflict – the thing that keeps him from true freedom. Note: Although Jim is not the protagonist, his journey is a foil to Huck’s.
