Updating the PBIS Action Plan Review PBIS Action Plans Evaluate progress towards full implementation Identify items not completed last year Brainstorm strategies for addressing those areas this year Identify areas of focus for current school year Have school’s take out their PBIS action plan to review and update. Allow time for teams to brainstorm and to share ideas.

Wrap-Up Planning for Upcoming Meetings Current School Year Monthly Coaching Meetings Determine/share schedule for regular coaching meetings Put dates/times on District Calendar Inform School Administrators Determine meeting location(s) Establish system for sending reminders Determine method/format for informing DC about topics of interest or areas in need of support for upcoming meetings Provide DC contact information Get Coaching Point-of-Contact information for each school Add additional items based on district needs, policies and procedures. Be sure to have this information completed prior to everyone leaving the meeting.
