CBHL Discipline Committee A. The Discipline Committee shall oversee and review weekly game reports provided by the officiating groups to determine if further action is needed.   B. Coordination of the following (not inclusive): Review weekly game reports provided by the officiating groups Contact Hockey Director and/or President of Club to alert them to rule violation Conduct match penalty hearings and provide outcome and/or recommendation(s) to Commissioner Work in conjunction with PVAHA Director of Discipline Track game reports for repeat offenders inclusive of on and off ice players, coaches and officials Be the SHOA liaison for the CBHL

CBHL Rules and Regulations 9.0 Discipline 9.1 Disciplinary Procedures: All games between two CBHL member teams are subject to USA Hockey disciplinary procedures. 9.1.1 Fisticuffs (fighting) 9.1.2 Game Misconduct Suspension 9.1.3 Game Suspensions 9.1.4 USA Hockey Rule 411 9.1.5 Suspension Carried Forward (See CBHL Rules and Regulations for more information)

PVAHA Discipline 9.3 Jurisdiction: The Affiliate shall have Jurisdiction for any match penalty assessed against any player, coach or team official of a team registered within the Affiliate. 9.10 Hearing Procedure (For more information see PVAHA Rulebook)

USA Hockey Rule 411 USA Hockey is committed to providing a safe and fair environment for all participants. While the vast majority of players participate within the rules and respect the game and their opponents, USA Hockey recognizes the need to hold those players and coaches deemed to be repeat offenders accountable for their actions. Beginning with the 2014-15 playing season, the Progressive Suspensions rule will take affect nationally.

USA Hockey Rule 411 Any player who receives their third major penalty during the same season for any combination of aggressive infractions listed below shall receive an additional three-game suspension. For any player who receives their fourth major penalty in this category, the player shall receive an additional five-game suspension. Any player who receives their fifth major penalty in this category during the same season shall be suspended until a hearing is conducted by the proper authorities (USA Hockey Affiliate). These designated game suspensions shall be in addition to any other suspensions imposed through the official playing rules
