B2 level 2 levels (Advanced 1 & Advanced 2) Six years to pass B1 and B2 (altogether) 1 certificate exam (PTEC) at the end of Advanced 2. The exam this year will be designed by the English department.
There will be exams At the end of the winter term (between 22 January and 1 February approximately). At the end of the academic year (between 21 and 31 May, approximately).

Attendance is compulsory 70% minimum in each term From September to January (You won’t be allowed to do the January test if you don’t have this minimum) From February to May (You can do the final exam, although you will not benefit from the advantages of continuous evaluation). You can only justify your absence (by certificate or similar) if it’s realated to: Illness Work Exams
If you are under age or have special needs You need to fill in a form (please tell me at the end of the class)

Mobile policy As a dictionary To search for course-related information To make or receive personal phone calls. Even leaving the classroom to answer a call is not OK. Exceptions: work interviews, extreme emergencies (e.g.relative in hospital…) In this case, tell me before the class starts that you are expecting this type of call. How long will it take me to reach the B2 level?
It depends on: Your language learning background The intensity of your study Your age The amount of study/exposure outside of lesson times
200 guided learning hours: You need 200 guided learning hours: B2.1: 60 lessons:120 hours B2.2: 64 lessons: 128 hours
But this is not enough You needed 350-400 hours of practice /exposure to reach B1. Now you need 500-600 hours to reach B2.
Think of any English speaking child
A typical 6-year-old child in an English-speaking country is in school for an average of 6 hours per day. That’s 30 hours of English per week.
They watch cartoons or other TV shows for at least 2 hours a day, or 14 hours of English per week
They play video games or other games with their friends for 2 hours a day, another 14 hours of English a week.
