This 8-week commitment features basic concepts of nutrition, food selection & cooking inexpensive meals in a fun, interactive approach. Call 519.680.0991 to register. LIMITIED SPACE! After School Drop-in Ages: 7 & UP Time: 3:30 – 5:15pm Come in for a mix of crafts, physical activities, board games, Wii, karaoke and musical instruments! Space to do homework! Ages: 13 & UP Time: 5:30 – 7:15pm Offering an engaging, positive evening for teens! LIVE. LAUGH. CHILL Featuring: monthly themes, weekly baking, special guests and MUCH MORE! **Check out iMATTER’s flyer for further details** Youth ‘s Our program introduces youth to food safety, food preparation on a budget, creative use of leftovers while enjoying food that is both nutritious and delicious!
