Training Participants There are no substantial changes to RITS, EDIS nor Data Pipeline being introduced at these trainings. Trainings will be geared for those who are new to RITS, EDIS and Data Pipeline as well as those who need a refresher. Additional “new” training will be provided on data privacy issues as well as guidance on how to more expeditiously receive SASIDS and EDIDS. Training materials will be posted online at the conclusion of the trainings by the end of May.

If marked as “No” initially, this can be updated to “Yes” for a school if needed and vice versa, until the data is finalized.

11th Grade Alternate Score Entry and Final Submission Score entry April 28-May 7 May 8th LEAAPPROVER submits to CDE by 5:00 PM ALL DISTRICTS SUBMIT SNAPSHOT – Zero or Student Data Submission to CDE will be verified and Accepted on Monday, May 15th. Data is then locked. Score Reporting Student’s Performance Level Descriptors may be shared with student’s teachers internally for transition planning District prints and distributes Cognos reports (Individual Student Reports) for parents when ACT is posted in August. 47
