Likes – Value, larger lot, safe, variety, “homie feeling” Dislikes- Older Neighborhood, social network far away Next home – Closer the younger crowd and downtown Recommend?- yes, would buy again. Resident 2 Middle aged Female home owner. Likes – Quiet, safe, close to the beach Dislikes- would like a garage/storage Next home – larger lot Recommend?- yes, very few negatives
