John Muir John Muir was a Scottish-American naturalist. He was born on the 21st April 1838 and died on December 24th 1914 aged 76 years. He has many things named after him such as: John Muir trail Muir beach John Muir college Mount Muir Camp Muir Muir Glacier He loved the environment.
