Fibre They are called essential amino acids These bulky stools are typical for people Fibre also helps delay the absorption of sugars Plus, drinking lots of fluids (4 cups more liquids)

Minerals Two types are Silicate and Non Silicate Iron, Calcium, Zinc and Potassium Help your body grow and develop Iron is found in meat, fish, eggs and beans Potassium is found in bananas, broccoli and tomatoes Calcium is found in dairy products Zinc is found in beef, pork and lamb
