Solar Farm Operational Procedures SWEDE 2017

General Information On Document The Parties may amend the Operating Procedure(s) at any time following a re-evaluation and reaching a different or alternative understanding between the Parties.   The Operating Procedures shall become effective upon its execution by the Parties and shall remain valid until such time that the Parties re-evaluate and reach a different or alternative understanding between the Parties. TNMP DOC Operations may temporarily disconnect Renewable Customer facility without prior notice in cases where continued interconnection will create an unsafe operating condition, endangers persons or property or in the event of a system emergency. TNMP will utilize Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) controlled devices where available or dispatch TNMP field representatives to complete switching requirements. TNMP will not issue Switching Instructions to be performed by Renewable Customer operations personnel. Switching requests on behalf of Renewable Customer shall be made at least 24 hours in advance to TNMP DOC Operations.

Operating Procedure #1 Isolation of Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One at Renewable Customer NOC Operator Request. Operating Procedure #1 is for isolating the Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One utilizing TNMP’s VCR Two at the request of the Renewable Customer NOC. Isolations requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to TNMP DOC Operations. Exception: In the event an Emergency Condition exists, the 24 hour notice is waved.

Operating Procedure #2 Restoration of Renewable Customer on TNMP Distribution Circuit One at Renewable Customer NOC Operator Request Operating Procedure #2 is for interconnecting Renewable Customer with TNMP’s Distribution Circuit One utilizing TNMP’s VCR Two at the request of the Renewable Customer NOC. Interconnection requests must be made 24 hours in advance to TNMP DOC Operations

Operating Procedure #3 Isolation of Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One at TNMP’s Request Operating Procedure #3 is for isolating the Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One as a result of planned maintenance or contingency switching whereas TNMP field equipment is not rated for Renewable Customer export. TNMP will isolate Renewable Customer utilizing TNMP’s VCR Two at the request of TNMP DOC Operations. Isolations notifications will be made 7 days in advance of the required isolation date to Cypress Creek Renewables NOC Operator.

Operating Procedure #4 Restoration of Renewable Customer on TNMP Distribution Circuit One at TNMP’s Request Operating Procedure #4 is for interconnecting Renewable Customer with TNMP’s Distribution Circuit One as a result of completing planned maintenance or contingency switching. TNMP will interconnect Renewable Customer utilizing TNMP’s VCR Two at the request of TNMP DOC Operations

Operating Procedure #5 Emergency Separation of Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One at Renewable Customer NOC Operator Request Operating Procedure #5 is for isolating the Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One resulting from an Emergency Condition utilizing TNMP’s VCR Two or Walnut Springs Breaker One at the request of the Cypress Creek Renewables NOC.

Operating Procedure #6 Emergency Separation of Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One at TNMP’s Request Operating Procedure #6 is for isolating the Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One resulting from an Emergency Condition utilizing TNMP’s VCR Two or Walnut Springs Breaker One at the request of TNMP DOC Operations. Note: Depending on the nature of the emergency condition TNMP DOC Operations may proceed to Sections B or C before A. A Emergency Isolation Request: B Performing Emergency Isolation if VCR R25930NT is SCADA controlled: C Performing Emergency Isolation if VCR R25930NT is NOT SCADA controlled:

Operating Procedure #7 Emergency Isolation of TNMP Distribution Circuit One and subsequent Lockout of TNMP’s VCR Two Operating Procedure #7 is for the momentary or sustained automatic isolation, of Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One resulting from an Emergency Condition. Should Walnut Springs Breaker One open momentarily or lockout automatically, TNMP’s VCR Two will lockout automatically as well.

Operating Procedure #8 Emergency Isolation of TNMP’s VCR One (Lockout) Operating Procedure #8 is for the automatic isolation of Renewable Customer from TNMP Distribution Circuit One with the opening of TNMP VCR Renewable Customer resulting from an Emergency Condition.
