With February Monthly Report: Mid-Year Evaluation, Updated membership roster and Demographic Report. With May Monthly Report: End of Year Evaluation and Final Demographic Report

Constitutions Must be up to date! Only way to amend is through club vote. All Constitutional changes must be reflected in minutes of meeting where vote was held. Making large changes to constitution or adopting a completely new one? Suggestion: Present changes to members, give them one month to read and decide. Vote at following meeting.

Constitution Follow Roberts Rule of Order to ensure your organization is abiding by the rules and any decision cannot be called into question. Need some help? Ask Student council to send a Parliamentarian to your next meeting for vote.
