The forms of social dialogue in Czech Republic Council Economic and Social Agreement of the Czech Republic (tripartite) Government representatives and representatives employers (trade unions - 2 trade union centre Association of Independent Unions and Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions) and representatives of employers. ASO is the second largest trade union central in the Czech Republic. ASO was established in July 1995 and the principal founder was the Trade Union of Workers in Agriculture and Alimentation-Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic. It brings together trade unions from different sectors such as Council of Railwayworkers, Medical Trade Union Club, Union of Czech Energy. President ASO and OSPZV-ASO Bohumír Dufek is a member of delegation of trade unions in tripartite negotiations in the framework of the Council of Economic and Social Agreement of the Czech Republic.

Third round tables Another form of social dialogue are the "round tables". These negotiations take place with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture, Agricultural Association and others. Round tables themes: Compliance with employment legislation relating to employees Wages and conditions of employees in agriculture and related sectors c. Compliance with safety regulations d. Solution of the employment of third countries (Ukraine, Russia, Vietnam etc.) who complicate the employment of CR that are working for very low wages. When large-scale unemployment in the CR negatively affect the price of labor in the country.

Ministry of Agriculture promotes social dialogue Social dialogue with the sector Ministry of Agriculture is focused on the provisioning policy for agricultural entities in the Republic where they are different, therefore the grant conditions worse than the original countries EU. The objective is to achieve the same subsidies as in the original countries EU.

Theme for bipartite sectoral social dialogue in 2012 Social Dialogue in 2012 will focus on keeping jobs, deterioration of working conditions and wages and not to allow further limiting the protection of employees in labor legislation.
