REDS Academy Leagues Who Where When Registration Dates Special This league is for competitive players, who are interested in playing in a Practice and a Game each week. Practices are held on Monday’s and Games on Tuesday’s. Players are divided into 1 of 4 leagues, based on age and ability. NEW – WRSA REDS Academy Teams Who Select players from across the WRSA REDS Academy program will be invited to participate in Academy Teams. These teams will be selected in early December and will stay together through the winter competing in the Soccer NB Academy Challenge Tour events. These teams will compete in roughly 3 weekends over the course of the winter in either the Academy Challenge Tour or other select game opportunities out of province. Selection Process Academy coaches will select players to be invited to participate based on registrations in the WRSA REDS Academy Program. REDS Excel University Preparation Program (UPP) Who The UPP is designed for the most committed and dedicated athletes with in the FDSA program. This is a program that aims to help young athletes develop the physical, technical, tactical and mental skills to be successful at the College and University level. Selection Process Players will apply to participate in the University Prep Program, applications will be reviewed and roughly 15 boys and 15 girls will be selected to participate in the program.
