#2 Christopher Columbus Assignment Chapter 1 Section 2

Part I: Flow Map Read pages 14 and 15 on Christopher Columbus. Create a flow map that details important events during Christopher Columbus’ exploration of the Americas in chronological order. Requirements: 6 boxes w/ a color illustration in each box. A title for each color illustration. A result for each event.

Part II: Columbus Research Research a different perspective on Columbus’s exploration – one that differs from that of your textbook.

Part III: Double Bubble Map Create a double bubble map that compares and contrasts the information about Columbus from your textbook and the information that you researched. Your double bubble map should include how the two sources are different, as well as how they are similar. Each section of your double bubble map must have a minimum of 3 facts.

Part IV: Short Answers Q’s Answer in complete sentences. What new things did you learn about Columbus? Has it changed your opinion on him? Why or why not?
