Letter Writing as a way of bringing about Change

My letter writing history You Tube: Earth Song I Wrote to John Major (Prime Minister in 1996) after I saw this and decided that I wanted to help it stop. I got a letter back to say my concerns had be raised with the Environment secretary who would consider my point at is next meeting with Canadian Fisheries Minister.
