9. On September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years. For the goals to be reached, everyone needs to do their part: governments, the private sector, civil society and people like you. Do you want to get involved? You can start by telling everyone about them. We’ve also put together a list of actions that you can take in your everyday life to contribute to a sustainable future.

Several Goals of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals are related to the project objectives. There are five main direct objectives with strong relation which includes SDGs Number 6 on Clean water and sanitation, Number 3 on Good health and well- being, Number 11 on sustainable cities and communities, Number 13 on Climate action, Number 15 on life on land, in addition to these main goals it also contributed to goal Number 4 on Quality education and Number 5 on Gender Equality. Having an integrated approach to supporting progress across the multiple goals is crucial to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals
