Meeting Purpose ما الهدف من هذا الاجتماع؟ Objective:الموضوع Provide an overview and resources to parents related to reading proficiency. اعطاء الاهل فكرة عامة عن اجادة القراءة والموارد المتوفرة Reading - Home Plan, implement district and state requirements phased in over the next three years. Current kindergarten students 1st group to be impacted. خطة القراءة الاساسية- تنفيذ ما هو مطلوب من المحافظة والولاية خلال السنوات الثلاث القادمة- حيث يتأثر بهذا تلاميذ صف الروضة الحاليين.

3rd Grade Reading Legislation in Michigan HB 4822, signed by Governor Snyder on 10/6/16, is now Public Act 306 of 2016: Attempts to ensure that more students will achieve a score of at least proficient in ELA on the 3rd Grade state assessment Requires implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support elements to ensure early intervention of at risk students. Legislates a process to retain students that fail to read proficiently by the end of 3rd grade وقع هذا القانون من قبل حاكم الولاية سنيدر بتاريخ 10 تشرين الاول 2016 ومضمونه: محاولة للتاكد بان معظم التلاميذ يجيدون القراءة والكتابة في امتحان الولاية. يتطلب تطبيق هذا القانون العمل في مراحل متعددة لدعم ومساعدة التلاميذ في مراحل مبكرة . يشرع هذا القانون اعادة التلاميذ للصف وذلك في حال رسوبهم في اجادة القراءة في نهاية صف الثالث.

PA 306 Requires K-3 Reading Systems:يتطلب هذا القانون: School districts are required to have elements of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) in K-3. يجب على كافة المحافظات توفير برنامج من عدة مراحل لدعم تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية (الروضة-الثالث) Four Key Elements of MTSS Include: يتضمن هذا البرنامج: MTSS Provide reading instruction that meets the needs of the majority of students in the classroom. توفير دروس في القراءة تلبي احتياجات غالبية التلاميذ في الصف 22. Monthly Parent Meetings: Read at Home Plan for Miller Students: الخطة الاساسية المعتمدة لتلاميذ مدرسة ميلر Equip parents with materials and strategies to deliver support with reading foundational skills تزويد الاهالي بالمواد والاساليب لتقديم الدعم في المهارات واسس القراءة . Monthly Parent Meetings: Monthly parent meetings will serve as a vehicle to distribution and explanation of materials (magnetic letters, white boards, take home books, flashcards etc.) اجتماعات الاهل الشهرية: سوف تخدم الاهل من خلال توزيع وشرح المواد والاساليب المفيدة في القراءة (الاحرف المغناطسية, لوح, كتب للقراءة في البيت, بطاقات للتمرين...) Regular Progress Reports تقارير التحسن والتقدم بشكل منتظم. Beginning in 2017-18 school year: Districts must provide parents, legal guardians or other providers of care with a “Read at Home” plan for all students identified as having reading deficiency, including training workshops and regular home reading. Districts must document efforts (successful or unsuccessful) of engaging the parent, legal guardian or other care provider in the “Read at Home” plan.
