Wish and Hope Hope refers to something might happen. The differences between the verb wish and the verb hope. Wish often refers to something that is Not expected to happen. Example: I wish I could travel to the moon. (he could 5%) Hope refers to something might happen. Example: I hope I could travel to Japan next Summer. (he could 60%)

1.Use (IF clause) + with Simple Past When we talk about unreal event (Imaginary Situation) or something is impossible, we have to… 1.Use (IF clause) + with Simple Past Such as, If I found.., If you could.., If you were.. 2.Use in (Main Clause) the second part the following modal auxiliaries: (would, might, could) For example: IF I found a million dollars, I would take it to the police. If clause in the past (V2) Main clause with would, or could or might + V1

3. (If clause) can come either at the beginning or in the end of a sentence: For example: If I found a million dollars, I might give it to the police. I might give a million dollars to the police If I found it 4.Use (I, she, he, it, you, they, we) with (were) instead of (was) with conditional (If) If I were… / If She were…/ If He were… / we were… 5.Use modal Auxiliaries to show our intention for something impossible: would 90 % could 70 % might 30 %

Unreal Conditional form When you imagine or wish something unreal but it could be possible or impossible you have to use the next steps: Unreal Conditional form (If ... Simple Past ... , ... would + verb1 ...) Or (... would + verb1 ... if ... Simple Past ...)
